What we collect
- Contact & booking details you submit (name, phone, email, preferred date/time, symptoms/notes you choose to share).
- Optional reports you upload in PDF or JPG format for appointment review.
- Student-application information, including education details, reason for applying, referral source, degree/provisional certificate and passport-size photograph.
- Operational records including booking status, administrator actions, payment identifiers and refund references. We do not store full card details.
- Communications you send us by email/phone/WhatsApp.
- Technical data from your browser (IP address, pages viewed, device/browser type) via standard logs and analytics cookies.
How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries and schedule appointments.
- To provide clinical services you request.
- To improve our website and services (analytics, troubleshooting).

Legal bases
We process data with your consent (when you submit a form or contact us), to perform a service/contract(your appointment), and for our legitimate interests(secure, functional website). This policy also aligns with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). If you are in the EU/UK, GDPR/UK-GDPR rights also apply.
Cookies & analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand anonymous usage trends. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Third-party links (e.g., Google Maps, WhatsApp) have their own privacy policies.

Data security & retention
We use access controls, private file storage, signed download links and administrator audit records. Website appointment requests, uploaded reports, administrator actions and student applications are maintained as long-term operational records unless correction or deletion is required by applicable law or approved by the clinic following a verified request. Payment, refund and accounting records are retained for the applicable legal period. The clinic's offline UHID system remains the official medical record; the website does not replace that system.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by emailing amrutayurvedakendra@gmail.com. We will respond as per applicable law (DPDP/GDPR).
Children’s privacy
A parent or lawful guardian must provide consent when submitting an appointment request for a patient under 18. We do not use children's information for behavioural advertising.
WhatsApp & external links
If you click our WhatsApp button, your communication will be governed by WhatsApp’s terms/policies. Please avoid sharing sensitive medical details over unsecured channels.
Appointment and promotional communication
Consent needed to process an appointment is separate from optional consent to receive educational articles, camp information or clinic updates. Promotional consent is optional and can be withdrawn by contacting the clinic.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
