Frequently asked questions
How many Janu Basti sessions are needed?
It depends on your condition. The doctor will tell you the number of sessions after examining you.
Can Ayurveda help avoid knee surgery?
Some patients manage their pain and walking better with treatment, but we cannot promise to avoid surgery. We will tell you honestly if a surgical opinion is needed.
Is the treatment painful?
No. Most therapies are warm, soothing and done lying down.
