Frequently asked questions

Do I need to stay in the hospital?

Not always. Many therapies are done as day care. Some plans are easier and safer with a stay in our in-patient rooms — your doctor will advise after consultation.

How many days does Panchakarma take?

It depends on the therapy and your condition. You get the number of days in writing after the consultation, before anything starts.

Can I continue my regular medicines?

Do not stop any prescribed medicine on your own. Bring all your medicines and reports; the doctor will tell you how to manage them during Panchakarma.

Is Panchakarma the same as a spa massage?

No. Panchakarma is a medical procedure with preparation, a main therapy and a recovery diet, supervised by a physician. Massage is only one supportive part of it.
